Do you know what those people on t.v. know that you might not know?  That selling and/or buying property is a process not an event.  When you start the process of a real estate transaction, you need to have an agent on your team that you trust & believe can get the transaction closed. Part of building that trust is learning about your agent.   Some questions to ask might be: What do you do for fun? Do you have a family?  When you were growing up what did you want to be?  What do you like about being in Real Estate?  What don't you like about being in Real Estate?  Your agent is going to ask a lot of questions to understand what it is that you are looking for in a property.  You have every right to ask questions back.

With two children -Niki values motherhood most of all.  She likes the flexible hours that working as an All-Star Partner of a family-values office allows.  But it's those "aw shucks" moments she savors-when she participates  in a family's success.  With regard to to recreational adventures, Niki is happiest when she is spending time in the Wind River Mountains above Dubois with family and friends.
