Keely was born in Iowa, leaving for a year enlistment in the Marine Corps after graduation. Marrying a Wyoming native in the service brought her to this great state in 1991. Keely enjoys time outdoors doing anything from ice fishing to floating the river. She has two amazing teenagers and know Fremont County is the place to raise them.
